My approach

I don't treat ADHD or autism as something to fix. They're not broken versions of a "normal" brain but simply a different way of being wired, and most of the day-to-day struggle comes from a mismatch between how that brain works and what school, work, or family life is asking of it.

My goal is to give you tools and strategies that help make that mismatch easier to live with, and work with your or your child’s brain instead of against it.

I work with teens, and adults, at different stages of figuring this out. Every session is online, in English or Spanish, so you can meet with me from wherever you are in California.

“This isn't about being less autistic or less ADHD. It's about being more yourself.”

Who I Work With

  • Minimalist line drawing of a woman's face with long hair, closed eye, earrings, and lips against a black background.

Adults with New or Late Diagnoses

For the adults who read their child's evaluation and thought, wait, this is me. Making sense of a diagnosis that reframes a lot of your life, and building systems that actually fit your brain.

  • A white neon line drawing of a person running, with long hair and wearing shorts and a shirt, on a black background.

    Parents & Teens

ADHD, autism, anxiety, meltdowns, school struggles, and a self-image built on years of being told to try harder. Skills-based work for teens. Practical support for parents.

  • Couples & Partners

For couples where one or both of you are neurodivergent, and for partners trying to understand a relationship shaped by ADHD or autism — whether that's newly named or something you've both been living with for years.

  • English or Spanish Speakers

Full clinical sessions available either in English or Spanish

You don't need a diagnosis to start

A lot of the people who reach out haven't been formally diagnosed with ADHD or autism and just have a strong, sometimes years-long suspicion, often triggered by their own child’s evaluation. You don't need paperwork to start. We'll explore what you're noticing together, and if a formal assessment would actually help you - for accommodations, medication, or just clarity - I can do that too.
