Neurodivergence doesn't stay contained to one person in a relationship, it shapes how you communicate, how you argue, how you show affection, and how you read each other's intentions.

I work with couples where one or both partners are ADHD or autistic, helping you build a shared, accurate language for what's actually happening instead of defaulting to the usual scripts: one of you is "too much," the other is "checked out"; one of you "doesn't try," the other "nags."

I also work with individuals who are the partner of someone neurodivergent, even without both of you in the room - sorting out what's a real relational problem and what's a difference in wiring that needs a different kind of solution than more communication effort. Sometimes the goal is couples work together. Sometimes it's helping one partner understand the relationship well enough to know what they actually need.

Couples & Partners

Your relationship is not broken because one of you thinks differently. The goal is to understand how you each actually work, build a way of communicating that fits you both, and stop mistaking difference for incompatibility.
